These pictures were taken on 10/21/06 outside the community library the dept was activated for a strange odor.  Chief Quesada first on scene had multiple victims with irritated eyes and noses.  The dept. responded with one engine and one rescue truck.  Upon entering the building the crew had no readings on a CO meter or gas meter.  Upon further investigation it was found out that pepper spray was sprayed around the door entering the library
